It is not a matter of believing "in" tarot cards and horoscopes. Tarot is all a matter of the reader. The cards have no power. They are CARDS. But rather they are a tool for thed reader to use. They work like a road map and when read properly yes they do work.
Horoscopes are very similiar. Astrology is a very complex thing. Alot of people think that the planets "cause" things to happen here on earth. That's not the case. The planets are merely a reflection. "As above, so below". Again it is just a probability not a set in stone thing.
With this said I must also say that there is alot of fakes and frauds out there to make money. So if your horoscope in your local newspaper or web browser tells you that you are going to be married in August... I dont think it would be wise to run out and reserve the chapel.
Both are something that you need to work with and study yourself in order to really understand how or why it works.

I truely was raised-up on Astrology, my Mom used to do charts for everyone we knew, and all the family members.. But, when I got "Saved" and had a "Born-Again" experience many years ago, I got completely away from it all....these past few years I've been a bit backslid, however, and I still pray everyday, but I dont go too church much these days, but I goof around with the whole astrology thing, and I have a sister who reads tarrot cards to everyone!! I sort of feel as tho those cards are a bit demonic!! Even though I'm backslid, or even if I never had a "Born-Again" experience, I'd feel the same way!! That those tarrot cards were a bit creapy!! so, you wouldn't catch me, getting involved with those at all !! I mean sure I've allowed my sister to read mine to me before, but I walked away feeling reallly yukky, as if I was dabbleing in the occult... So, it did not leave me feeling very good, and I feel people who are really into these cards are dabbleing in the occult and they'd better be careful that some sort of evil spirit's dont start lingering around them once they've become addicted to them!! That's how demonic I feel they are!! A bit scary, to me!! But, that's just my personal feelings on the subject... I shouldn't even be reading my horoscopes but I have been since I've been backslid.. I always ask for God's forgiveness of my sins before I go to sleep at night for the whole days events, however, because the bible tells us to do so... Smile!!!

I believe that tarot cards exist. I do not believe that they are of any use in fortune telling. They are just pieces of cardboard with a bit of ink on them.
I do not see that horoscopes are anything more than entertainment. Think about it. At any given moment in a large city there will be several births. I will bet you that if you track these people, they will have different lives. The horoscopes in the paper are even more useless. The idea that all taurus will have the same day is completely ridiculous. Horoscopes are of no value when trying to figure out a person, their personality, or their future.

I don't believe in horoscopes.. How can one broad statement fit every single person that was born at a certain time?
I do however believe that tarot cards work if the person reading them is truly gifted. To often to you find the phonies out there that give the real deal a bad name.

Well....lets think on it...the planets, stars and solar system have been in place a hell of a lot longer then said religions. I would believe the planets prior to some peoples God!

Tarot cards, certain decks work (Thoth), most others not so well. Horoscopes are so generic and vague that they can always be made to be accurate.

horoscopes can be vague but if you have your chart done and then have a horoscope done from that it can be very accurate. Tarot can be accurate IF you have someone experienced in reading them.
