YOHIMBE which is the inner bark from a West African tree is the potent ingredient of a prescription medication "yohimbine hydrochloride",an FDA approved drug to treat impotency. Yohimbe is used as to increase sexual prowess and responsiveness in both partners. It does this by it's ability to increase blood flow to the genitals. At higher dosages, it has a mild psychotropic effect.

Not a hundred percent sure it's spelled right though.
