I'm pretty sure you don't know what mutation means!!! Freaking annoying idiot!!!
Intelligence is a result of genetic mutation, and our adaptation to our environments in order to survive. you may know, that our environment influences what we learn, how we learn it, when we learn it and thus it influences our intelligence.
You are just asking these questions to see where we choke so you can prove that evolution is not real; if you really cared to know more about these topics you would post your questions on the anthropology and biology sections, but since you are a bigoted loser, you can't!!

You'll need to define exactly what you mean by 'intelligence' before it can be determined exactly what the evolutionary origin of that trait was.
There are actually many different forms of intelligence, and different individuals (and different species) have varying degrees of that intelligence.
Portions of the traits that in humans are related to the development of intelligence may well have arisen through accumulated mutations, others may be due to other factors. Until you define precisely what you mean by 'intelligence', and what the genetic traits are that control the expression of that intelligence, it's impossible to say for certain.

The physiological changes that have given larger brains more capable of cognitive and imaginative thought have been due to mutations.
Since these characteristics are a positive benefit any mutation that provides them will tend to survive better. Any mutation that reduces them will not survive so well.

Look, rather than ask endless question trying to disprove evolution - why don't you get yourself down to your local library - or museum and go and read all about this for yourself.
Science is a fine and interesting subject and you could learn a lot.
Once you know all about the scientific theories and whatever religious views you hold, you will find yourself in a better position to judge for yourself which is right or which is wrong.

Mutated, naturally selected, gradually developed frontal lobe.
[edit] What intelligence are you suggesting could not have evolved?

yes. it evolved.
it provided an advantage for our ancestors in whatever conditions they were living in at the time.
They perhaps sacrificed physical strength for it. Gorillas and even chimps are strong as.
