What is going on...?
Lately I have been dragging pretty bad, I get about 6-7 Hours of sleep, drink plenty of water...eat the right foods but for some reason I feel like I am dragging especially when it comes to work...I have always been such a hard worker but it seems that whenever I step into the place where I work I instantly get tierd and don't want to do anything at all...I don't know what it could be...some people recommended that I need a change of job, what do you think it could be...

Let me add...I take vitamins every day and work out 5 nights a week...

well maybe you just have to find something you love to do. I think you might be bored of doing the same thing all of the time. Maybe you should start expanding your activites and see what happens. somtimes if you don't have the motivation to do somthing you will get tired and not feel like doing it. Try somthing new.

Consider changing your exercise routine. Working out 5 nights a week is not necessarily good for you. How long are your routines? Your body needs time to recover after you work out. If not, you are just going to stress it out. Maybe you should try going to the gym every other day. You may also be bored now with what you are doing. Yes, it is possible that this boredom is causing some depression as well. If you eat so well, why are taking vitamins? Most foods will provide you with the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs. Any excess you take is just going to be passed through your body. Over taking certain vitamins can be harmful to your body.

sometimes the stress of daily living can bogg you down..the only thing that will reinvorgate you, is to thank the Lord for what you have,...and enjoy life by doing something special that you truly enjoy every day...I find depression and worry about others, tires me out the most..I just care so much, that it gets to me some times..

since i personally don't know where you work or know you . i will try to help.

maybe the office or your work place has bad air/ air circulation or is too hot.

You coluld have a problem with your thyroid

you may need a holiday.

try talking to a doctor or someone who knows more than me.

lay off the vitamins for a while, you may be taking too many
could be stress or depression too
