There is no Indian law that debars Rajputs to marry non Indian. Now it’s the personal wish of a person whom he or she wants to marry whether belonging to his or her religion, caste, race, nationality or outside any or all of these. Indian law is very liberal & non controversial in this regard. We Indians live in a secular democratic country & follow the constitution that provides us liberty to choose our life partner as we have freedom of life & personal liberty guaranteed by this Constitution.

In the present-day world, interreligious marriage and intercaste marriages are quite common . As far as the history of Rajputs of olden time, Samyuktha and Prithvyraj time and the early times, Rajputs were very highly religious and followers of hinduism and true to tradition. They used to fight wars to win the hearts of their loved ones. But we cannot forget the history of Akbar the Great who married Jodha,a virtuous Rajput lady. Of course, the king loved her the most and he was tolerant towards all religions. As per the historical notes, she followed as a true Hindu and lived as per Rajput tradition. From the question I could not make out the gender of the person who asked this . I think it must be a female. Why not marry from the same religion There is no shortage for boys and girls who are educated and cultured. Thank you.

YES, so long the Rajput doesn't want him to be identified as Rajput and he identifies all the non-Indians also like Indians, then the marriage can be made with heavenly blessings!

This depends entirely on the Rajput who wants to marry a non-indian. He/She should obviously be strong enough to go against the wishes of the family if they are conservative. Conservative families wont allow this kind of a marriage

In the United States any man can marry any woman, provided they are of legal age and comply with all local and state wide regulations. These regulations usually include applying for a license, sometimes there is a waiting period, and sometimes a blood test must be obtained.
