how do u lose weight in your thighs,arms, belly, and ure double chin?
and maybe the back?

and is there any strech mark stuff tht ACTUALLY works??

i cant take pills... so it has to be some other way
and if u say deit...
how do i not wanna eat the stuff i usually do.?????

Exercise and eat healthy.I suggest you get a membership at your local YMCA,they have all the latest exercise equipment.

Pills are krap...dangerous crutches.

Eat right and exercise regularly. THAT is how to lose weight and keep it off...make a lifestyle change. ☺

Stretch marks can fade, but they won't go on their own...

push ups, crunchies and eating healthy can help. play a sport or start running!
