No matter what time I go to bed or how restful my sleep is I am dead tired all day if I get up before 7am. I can't get through a day of work without falling asleep if I get up before 7am. If I get 4 hours of sleep but get up at 7:15 I'm fine all day. Is there some sort of reason for this and how do I make it through the day because I have get up at 6:45?

I'm sleepy a lot too. I think it is lack of exercise (though I'm only 112lbs).Too much sleep is a problem that will cause that too. Your iron could be low, and your diet is a big part of it as well.
Are you pregnant? I was extremely tired when I was pregnant!

That's just how your body clock is programmed. Ever notice on the days you don't have to get up, you're wide awake at the crack of dawn?

Every morning I splash water in my face. It really helps.

Change your alarm clock and make read as if it is later than what it really is. its all in your head.
