Every time music comes on she starts dancing be it in the baby seat, in the pen, in her eating chair. She's 2 years old. Me and her mother don't do much dancing unless we're at a get-together. I don't know where she gets it from. She gets crunk to Barney at 7am in the morning. Any of you ever have a child like this and did it continue as they got older? I don't care if it does, i just want to know if it's normal for a toddler this charged up?

Most toddlers love to dance and really enjoy music. Have fun with her!

Some babies (and children) are just ultra-stimulated by music. I think Ginger Rogers parents had this problem too. Get her some dance shoes, wind her up and let her go! When she's old enough, enroll her in dance class if she's interested.... she would probably excel! It could be worse you know, my son wanted to ride bulls. LOL!

Apparently I did.

They started me in dance lessons when I was 2. I danced professionally for 5 years. I have never stopped dancing. I still dance everyday. I'm in my 50"s........

I also have never had a weight problem.

My two year old dances with any music that she hears!
It's so cute!
It's also normal, and some grow out of it, some take it through life with them.

Take her do dance classes, in my town you can start here as a 3 y/o. Dancing is dank.

Most toddlers dance to everything. They think it's fun. Maybe you could put it to good use and put her in dancing classes. She migt enjoy it. It's be something she could do as she grows up.
