Some say apple cider vinegar will help with weight loss. You can do some research online but I've never known anyone who had significant results...and you'd still have to eat right and exercise so why go through that nasty taste if you can lose weight without it?

It's actually Apple cider vinegar. And yes it can help lose weight and cleanse your body of alot of junk. I've done it myself and can honestly say it works. You won't lose alot of weight like a diet pill but it is consistent along with eating good and regular exercise.

vinegar is an acid based liquid, used in preserving and flavoring food. It will not effect wt loss.
cider is fermented juice, that will not help in wt loss, in fact will add to the problem because of the sugars involved.
Nothing effects permanent weight loss other than diet and exercise and a change in life style. You must change your way of eating permanently. You must change from a couch potato to an active person, and it must be permanent.
