When ever we say no to anything or anyone do that come out of emotion or from our insane ?

I think before I say either No or Yes. One needs to make a habit of thinking, don't you agree?

One time my friend whom I was very mad at asked me if I wanted to go to a concert. I said no in a fast, snippy remark. She said ok, and shrugged it off. I never felt anything about it till the next morning and I had to say to myself, "What the hell was I thinking?"

At times I've changed my mind. Most of the time I'm sure and mean it when I say no.

I tend to say, "yes" way too fast, when I really wished I had said no.
