That has happened to me a few times, the thing I recommend you do see if they REALLY mean it. If they don't, then you should just dump them and go on with your life.

My new guy told me this past weekend and I am not sure if he means it, I know he cares, but sometimes I think people don't really know the true "meaning" of love, to me when someone says that they love me, it puts a whole new list of expectations on everything and I expect more because they are "supposed" to love me. To me love is something special and if someone says it, they better mean it! lol I just hope for the best!

Yep I did. Took 4 years but the truth finally came to light. Something about a guy that says it the first day u meet them, n then only says it when he's trying to get u to do something...Thank god we never dated; yea just a friend

If someone is telling you they love you & for whatever reason you dont believe they are saying the truth then why continue any kind of relation with this person!
