does it cost me, if i live in ohio for someone to call me from seatle?

My friends wants to call me but i dont want to pay for the phone bill..will it cost me for him to call me ?

Well, by friend, I'm assuming you mean you met someone online...and no, it doesn't cost you anything as long as he doesn't call collect......

if it's on a cell phone the call will count against your minutes (usually, unless you you have free incoming) if it is just a regular home phone it usually doesn't cost to have incoming calls

No it will only cost him unless you are using a cell phone.
