i have a rash on my leg and nothing will help it go away it came when i went to camp?

i went to camp last week and we went on a walk in the woods it started showing up when i washed the dirt off i put calogel and someone sugested nail polish remover when the calogel was not working is there anything i can do to get it to go away

Oh dear.

What you probably ran into was poison ivy. It will pretty much have to run its course, but you can try Calamine lotion, rubbing alcohol, or perhaps oatmeal to make it dry up and stop itching. And meanwhile, try not to scratch it: That would open you up to infection.
