If your eyes are very dry, it can make getting your lenses out difficult. Get yourself some contact lens re-wetting drops...the brand doesn't really matter, as long as the bottle says for use with soft contacts. Put a few drops in each eye and then try to take them out.

How long have they been in? Are you still on a wearing schedule? If they haven't been in too terribly long, and if your eyes are very irritated from trying to take them out...I would put in a few drops and just give a break for a little bit, and then try again in like 10 or 15 minutes...and put a few more drops in again before trying to get them out again.

If all else fails, call your eye doctor and see if they can get you in this afternoon...

hmm how is it stuck?you mean towards that back of your eye??well sorry but you have to try your hardest to take it out. I know it's painful. I recommend using eye drops to help loosen it and come out eaiser.. You must be in a lot of pain! I know how you feel..Maybe the contacts you have don't work for you..try a different kind. Or maybe your eyes just aren't good for contacts. Either way, consult your eye doctor soon today.

Look in a mirror and hold your eye lids open with to fingers and with the other hand touch the contact with your finger and pull it down. Usually when I get mine to the lower part of my eye I can reach in an lift it out with two fingers. Don't touch your eyeball with your bare fingers, because your eye will get irritated and burn.
