i know if you win over a million dollars or more the casino will pay you $50,000 a year for 20 years which sucks. but what if you win like $30,000 or $300,000 how does the casino pay you that? cause i would want my winnings right away and not have to wait years to get it and im sure the casinos can afford to pay you right away.

Depends on the amount. Cash for smaller, cash and a check for larger, or just a check. If you win over a million, it is paid then, not over a period of time.

I am pretty sure that most casinos like the ones in Vegas will pay $10,000 in cash and the rest with a check and ofcourse Uncle Sam will get his cut. Also on any large amounts I thing most casinos will check to see if you owe any child support or taxes. Usually they will pay you right away, within an hour.

I depends on what type of machine you are playing. The funny thing is, the winnings don't come from the casino, the winnings come from the maufacturers of the slot machines. Some machines are instant win, so if you hit it big, they pay you instantly. Those that are not instant win, pay you an annunity over time. I'm with you, give me my money! Most often times, you are paid in cash on the spot for jackpots smaller than $500K.

Online casinos will pay you your money all at once, not sure about land based casinos. I am sure all are different.
