I am an agnostic, and I think I can imagine an afterdeath existence much better than the Heaven of the Bible, I don't believe it can happen, though I accept it could be possible.
So tell me what you think Heaven would be like, the best version of Heaven from a Christian, or some other faith believing in Heaven, gets the 10 points.

I believe that everyone will have their own version of heaven. I think that God has a heaven for each individual, heaven is whatever you truly desire. I think you will be greeted by your friends and family and live together forever.

Heaven is much like this earth, there are sevens levels. and the lowest level is very dark.
The seventh level is indescribable it is so beautiful.
The rest are in between, the sky of one level is the ground of of the next level, and so on.
People don't go to the lowest unless they are really evil.
Mostly People go to the third or the forth if they are good, and they can progress upwards from there.
You would not be able to go to the six or the seventh right away, because you would be blinded by the light.

Heaven is an actual place, in an actual location, designed by God with people in mind.
Beings have traveled to and from heaven, including Christ (John 1:32; 6:33; Acts 1:2), angels (Matt. 28:2; Rev. 10:1), and humans (2 Cor. 12:2; Rev. 11:12).
Jesus, speaking as the bridegroom to his beloved bride, said to us, “I go to prepare a place for you, that where I am you may be also.” Heaven is that place.
The New Earth, where the heavenly city will be brought down to and relocated, will be a vastly improved form of the present earth and will have much in common with it—light, water, trees and fruit (Rev. 21:1-2), people and animals (Rev. 6:2-8; 19:11).
As a new car is a better version of an old car—but with the same essential components that make a car a car (four wheels, engine, transmission, steering wheel, etc.)—the New Earth will be a far better version of the old earth but with the same essential components. Heaven will exist within the realm of the New Earth and will therefore be very earthly in its properties. Since it is not only the dwelling place of God, but it is fashioned by God to be populated by people, the present heaven is also people-friendly, designed with their God-given desires and interests in mind.
When Jesus said to us, “I am going there [to heaven] to prepare a place for you…I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am” (John 14:2&3), he spoke as a groom to his bride-to-be. These are words of love and romance. How would any bride who loves her husband-to-be respond to them? She’d be thrilled. Not a single day would go by, not a single hour, in which the bride wouldn’t anticipate joining her beloved in that place he prepared for her to live with him forever.
Like a bride’s dreams of sharing a home with her groom, our love for heaven should be overflowing and contagious, just like our love for God. Our passion for God and our passion for heaven should be inseparable. The more I learn about God, the more excited I get about heaven. The more I learn about heaven, the more excited I get about God.
Heaven is both a country (Luke 19:12; Heb. 11:14-16) and a city (Heb. 11:16; 12:22; 13:14; Rev. 21:12). A country is typically a large territory of various geographies, with citizens of diverse cultures and vocations, sometimes even languages, under one government that provides a common identity. A city is a place of many residences in near proximity. A city’s inhabitants are subject to the common government. Cities usually have varied and bustling activity, community events, education, arts, and visitors.
Heaven is and will be a place of great beauty, both natural created beauty and architecture, including streets of gold and buildings of pearls and emeralds and precious stones (Rev. 21:19-21). Heaven will have the advantages we associate with earthly cities, without the disadvantages (e.g. crime, pollution, corruption).
Heaven’s gates are always open. People will travel in and out, some bringing treasures into the city (Rev. 21:24-25; 22:14). Travel outside the city shows that the city is not the whole of heaven, but merely its center. The great city is the capital of an endless empire, called a heavenly country (Heb. 11:16). There is a universe outside the city’s gates, to which its citizens have free access. Cities are characterized by visitors coming in and occupants going out for various reasons.

I'm glad you added the "other faith believing in Heaven" as I believe in there being a place we ALL go to after we die, but I'm not a Christian. I was raised in a different religion, but when I do anything now I got to a Spiritual church which is just that, spiritual and folks from all religions go (some use it in addition to their faith some made it their faith).
We definately believe that the other side is home and this is just a trip for lessons and growth. And while you didn't ask this (promise I'll answer directly soon lol), I personally could never believe in any God that only allows for one religious group to live eternally, regardless of how good a person you are or not. Doesn't sound very rightous to me, or loving, or fair, or well, realistic lol. Sorry but JMHO. And btw we beleive we are all part of the loving God force...but that's a totally different topic!
Now to your question. I picture the other side having various regions/layers where you go depending on how you lived your life. Not like here, where neighborhoods are often based on finances, but where those who lived bad lives are in a very difference place than those of us who tried to be decent. For the majority I think it's very much like that Robin Williams movie "What Dreams May Come" in terms of the physicality and beauty of it. And how we travel and create various places with our thoughts and are reunited with those we loved and cared about here. As for the process, to again relate it to a movie, I think it's much closer to "Defending your Life." (that was a funny, better movie btw, would def try to find an old copy if you can). I think it's like that when we first get there, well kinda. Of course no movie is the reality, and I doubt what we expect will be exactly like it is, as things tend not to be even here.
But I believe we choose what type of geographic area we want to live in, create what type of home we want, get to have anything we didn't here if we need that to move on (until we get things and places aren't what's important). But most important is being back with those we love, making sense of our time on this side and seeing what purpose it all had and what we learned from it. And I think we continue jobs, but different from here in that they are to help folks and learn more, since money has no value there.
I know in the most vivid dream of my life, in full color where I had my full senses (never dream that way), I had a visit with my boyfriend that died. He told me he wanted to show me his new home. It was just the most perfect day, with a gentle wind I could fell on my face. We held hands and walked and talked through this pretty neighborhood that was lush and magnificent flowers. I remember looking at some on saying, 'why would they have plastic flowers, but they don't look it.' He laughed and asked me why I thought they were plastic. I said "because I never saw any real flower that looked like that." He just laughed. Then we got to this awesome but reasonable sized house that was on a gorgous harbor. He took me in to see 'his house." The only furniture was a chair and he sat in it, and I sat on his lap towards him facing the harbor. I remember looking out and saying how perfect it was for him, since his favorite place was always the waterfront. Then I had the clearest thought, and I pulled back, looked right in his eyes and said, "this isn't a dream is it? I'm really here with you." At which point I woke up in my bed sitting up.
To me, that WAS the other side and I really believe I got to visit. In hindesite it all made sense. Flowers I never saw??? LOL sure why wouldn't there be if we can create what we can imagine. Him by the water....just where he would choose. And if I needed more proof a few years later I went to the town his Grandparents lived (I had never been there before or seen any pics of it). It's right before Cape Cod and there's a lovely Harbor in the Center of town. I was with a group of friends and I just stopped walking and started shaking when I saw it. The view to the left was the view out his window.
But see I always wanted to live in the mountains, so not sure how day to day life works there (since it's hard to grasp that no time concept lol) but am sure I'll at least have a place in the mountains to go to sometimes.
Most important, I think it's a spiritual world, meaning our bodies don't do what they do here. We don't need them for protection or to do what they do here. They don't break down there. Thinks are done with throughts and will, and learning. And I think there's a lot more that I can't grasp yet, but look forward to learning.
And more than anything I believe everyone moves on...regardless of religion, regardless of any rules we made here. I think there's a place for everyone, and those that don't quite get that love and acceptance of all is what we are all about may have a few things to learn and be a bit surprised. See you over there!!!

heaven would be being with god permanently, as opposed to hell where we would be seperated permanently. that's the overwhelming feature of heaven that I think about rather than all the visions of loveliness! being with our creator and not having these horrible physical bodies.
