"You don't need any 'product' to help your dog learn to go outside, you just need good training. Teaching a dog to go outside can take awhile, so be patient. First, when your puppy goes to the bathroom inside scold them using a firm 'no'. If you use other words like 'What did you do', or 'Look what you've done," you tend to change what you say each time confusing the puppy, all you need is a no. Immediately place the puppy outside on the grass for about 10 minutes. ( I used a tie-out for my dog so I could go back inside and clean up) If you see your puppy go to the bathroom outside make sure you praise him up using verbal praises like 'good boy' and 'yes'. It will take a long time, but eventually the puppy will catch on. It could take up to a month, but terriers are smart puppies and could catch on quicker. "

If your puppy doesn't go while outside, put it in it's crate or a blocked off area for ten minutes and take it back out. Keep doing that till it goes outside and then praise it big time. They usually catch on pretty quick that they don't get the run of the house till they do both outside.

You have to just stay outside and keep repeating a phrase...or another thing you could do it keep a small cage by his designated potty door and put him back in after he does # 1 and every 10 minutes say the phrase "outside" and take him out again until he does his deed and after this give much praise and a small treat...worked well for me as long as u have the patience! good luck =]

commence by utilizing utilizing the domestic dog pads while your not homestead. I placed my domestic dog interior the laundry room on the grounds that thats any section sufficiently massive for her to have her mattress , water and foodstuff bowls as properly as her domestic dog pad. after your dogs is feed take the dogs exterior to a chosen section and tell him to head peepee. Wait a whilst and he will at last go and then compliment and supply your dogs a manage. At nighttime I save her in a crate and well-known factor interior the morning when I wake i am going exterior and repeat the comparable technique and he or she at last is going and returned compliment and reward with a manage. I try this a minimum of four cases an afternoon. It takes persistence. now when I get homestead she seldom peepees on her pad or much less poops and waits until eventually at last i'm getting homestead and then I permit her out and he or she is familiar with the recurring to head to the front backyard section and do her business enterprise it took me a pair of months. i'm nonetheless in potential of instructing on the grounds that i won't be able to yet have confidence her completely interior the the remainder of the homestead, because of the fact she thinks this is exterior because of the fact she infrequently interior the the remainder of the homestead. So I might desire to observe her and while she starts sniffing I swipe off the floor right now and tell now exterior and that i take her to her spot. So persistence, persistence , persistence is the foremost it doesnt ensue over nighttime. you may desire to artwork with him and he will at last get it in the journey that your consistent. possessing a dogs is a lot a artwork yet a lot of exciting and prefer to be shared. stable success on your guidance and carry close in there.

The next time he poops inside, pick it up and put it outside where you would like him to go. When you take him outside to go potty, take him to the spot where you put the poop. This will help him learn where he is supposed to relieve himself. I tried this when I took my dog for walks because she would never go to the bathroom on walks so I just put it down in the park and let her sniff around. sure enough she went and now she always goes potty when we go for walks.

i was wondering the same thing for my dog too... it was b/c i was giving her enough time. i let her pee & would assume she was done, but i realized that after she pees & if she's still smelling around then that means she needs time to poo
