Can you guys tell me some tips or tricks to like eating or how to chew your food and stuff like that? Like i heard of chewing your food slowly and savoring it, also..eat small pieces...others?

Eating slowly is a good trick because you fill up on less food. Try sipping water in between bites. Make sure your meals are filled with sources of fiber (fruits, veggies, whole grain breads and pastas) and protein (lean cuts of meat, skim milk, light yogurt, etc). Fiber and protein are not only great for the body, but they help fill you up and keep you full. To rev the metabolism and avoid feeling deprived, eating 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day is another great trick. And finally, NEVER skip breakfast! Eating a healthy breakfast keeps your hunger in check.

Healthy eating habit is ...you have to eat variety...its not what you eat, it's how much you eat. Also pay attention to mixing the foods, don't mix fried food with dairy foods...just use your best judgement and imagination of what would happend if you mixed them in a bowl in real life. Eat in moderation but in a variety. Make yourself a weekly menu and gorcery shop...guarantee you if you do that for a month and not eat fast food, you will feel great. You won't wake up tired in the mornings, you will be more enerjetic. Drink a lot of water or mineral water.

Here are a couple favorites of mine because they are great "starting" tips - you don't even need to eat less for these ones! - just eat healthier:

- Stop eating White anything:
- White sugar, white pasta, white rice, white flour - You are now a whole wheat person. You'll get used to it really fast I promise. There, - whole wheat: Go.

- If you are drinking 1 or 2 % milk, start drinking skim.

- Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juice.
