That would exclude Atheism as a Faith Based initiative. You do understand you have to use Faith to believe Atheism to be true. Science cannot prove a negative but a negative can exist. Read darwinism refuted.com. Thus, faith is all Atheism has.

I wonder if any Buddhist, Hindu, Unitarian or other non-Christian faiths have applied for grants and been turned down?
Or if any have actually recieved money and we are just unaware?
