Buddhist.
The issue is that the developed world want to stop environmental degredation by stopping development of the un-developed countries without undoing damage they have done. It is not enough to say I have taken everything I need and will now stop and I require everybody else to stop also. This is a purely selfish approach which is destined to fail.
What should be happening is that the developed world should be saying "I have done wrong by adversely effecting the worlds environment and I will take steps to undo all of the wrong that I have done."

My religion.............teaches others to love God.
The world is facing these environmental issues today cause, we the people have forgotten our real purpose in this world and it is the Lord way of showing us that He is the Supreme Lord and the Supreme Controller.By chanting and praising the name of the Lord , all these mundane matters will cease.

I am a follower of Christ. My views about the world environment is that we should all do what we can to cut back on pollution but in all honesty I think it is too little too late. Man has done so much harm all we can do is slow the process, because no one is willing to give up enough to stop it and let it heal.

Atheistic Wiccan.

I recycle, have a garden, and have adopted three stray cats. I'd adopt a 4th thats been hanging around outside my house but I don't think I could take care of him too. I also walk pretty much everwhere I go, or I take the bus. I'd like to buy one of the new hybrid cars. Great invention.

I think nature is very important and we need to start taking care of her. If we keep this arrogance up, we're going to make the planet uninhabitable for ourselves.

I'm Eclectic Pagan.
I think that we should do all we can to help the environment. Most of the issues are caused by man, and they need to be solved. This earth is all we have, so we should be trying more to help make it better.
