Try Aveda Blue Malva shampoo & especially the conditioner. It's designed for toning down highlights and really works. It's not cheap - aorund £12 a bottle. It's a great everyday shampoo too and smells lovely.

You can add a blonde color to your hair to tone it down, honey tones are nice. You can also call your stylist who did it and tell her your dilemma, she should fix it at no charge or at least a minimal charge. Did she color the highlighted hair after she bleached them? If not tell her that's what you want......
So many stylists don't do this and leave women with this awful bright uneven toned highlights..........

try and get hold of a silver shampoo wash it once and rinse of then the second time leave on for 5 mins dont use it every time you wash your hair or you will end up with silver hilights

visit a salon....its sounds fairly complicated and are available come out of it intact and searching stable you pick a professional to artwork their stuff - anybody has or will do it faster or later so dont hassle approximately feeling embarassed, you call it they have considered it!

my hair went to bright so i used the born blonde toner....and it really worked on my hair.theres all differant colours of born blonde toners aswell,and they are nice blondes.
