Just wondering cause if the US has its backbone in Christianity as some say then shouldn’t heaven at least give us some of those constitutional rights...such as a trial by jury?

Johnnie "Cockroach" Cochran went to "hell" because he helped to allow a person to get away with a cardinal sin (which is the worst kind). You see "god" condemns murder, although he did quite a bit of it "himself." In fact he did it on such a massive scale, it will never be duplicated. But as far as "his children" are concerned, "he" forbids it. So, no, if you are planning to go to "heaven" you won't run into The Cockroach there. In fact, lawyers in general may be quite an unusual sight in "heaven."

You need an advocate.

1 John 2:1
My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

However, to employ His services, you need to ask to get your record cleared now. Do not wait before you are in front of the Judge to justify your ignoring of the free ticket to eternal freedom.

John 5:24
[The Advocate said,] “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life."

There is a accusation, a jury, a judge and also an advocate. But I don't know if you are willing to accept him. Read source.

Not needed in heaven. God knows everything. He even knows the number of hairs on your head. Can't hide anything from Almighty God. He is The Judge who cannot be fooled. No man lies to God.

It is ludicrous of you to compare God's law to man's corrupt government. Ridiculous.
