I attended a wedding where the groomsmen recieved Swiss Army Knives engraved with the initials of the married couple and the date of the wedding. I thought that was a fabulous idea as it is a practical, original, yet meaningful gift. I think the engraving was lovely aswell, and something you can personalise to your liking :)

The best gift I ever got from being in a bridal party was a beautiful single strand of pearls. It was something all the ladies wore in the wedding and is a timeless piece of jewelry I will use forever. Depending on your wedding style a classic piece of jewelry like this could be wonderful for your ladies. And for the men I second the wristwatch idea.

I got mine custom branding irons for the grill and they are all going to play paintball before the big day.

They are all big grillers and outdoorsy so it worked perfectly. Go off their personalities...if you wouldn't buy it for their Christmas or Birthday then don't buy it for a groomsman gift. Things like engraved cufflinks are nice for the day of but will they use them after the wedding day?

Why not get them a valet, which is like a jewelry box for men. I'm sure the bridesmaids will probably get something similiar.

Give the groom a good "man" gift....like maybe a nice BBQ grill, with "man" apron and BBQ tools. He'll like that....and so will the Bride....once she sees the yummy lunch/dinner treats new hubby can make on this BBQ grill.....

....and what new bride doesn't LOVE a hubby who helps in the kitchen????
