any help again is greatly appreciated.

on part 2 it wants the reason i am applying for resident status, none of the reasons fit and i am an L1 visa holder with a us citzen husband. thats why i am applying, is that what i write?

on part 3 it wants the status i last entered the US. well i went on vacation to europe a couple of months ago. and came back, so what would be the status i last entered?

If none of the "usual" answers match what you need to be telling them, then yes, you should write it in the space provided. For both instances.

Be as clear and concise as possible - and spell everything correctly.

(The form actually states that if one of the conditions or pieces they're looking for is not applicable, be sure to write that into the blank provided so they know you answered the question.)
