Bake chicken breast with one table spoonfull olive oil, 2 cloves garlic sliced, one fresh tomato chopped, half onion diced, chopped oregano and one cup of water. When the chicken cooked, strain the sauce and reduce it to 50%. It's not only healthy but also low fat, low calorie.

I use the ready made sauces and not always on chicken, I happily spoon some onto a salad or a baked spud.

I just made a garlic/olive oil w/ canned tomatoes.. It was light and good for you....
I chopped about 3 cloves garlic and heated about 5 tblspoons of olive oil in pan.... Do not burn garlic and to that I added a small can of diced tomatoes I didn't drain it... I let it reduce and thicken.. It was good/easy... You can also add a litel italian seasoning for flavor as well... Or onion..... It's versatile...

i love to cook this with my chicken,
get some extra vegan coconut oil and bake the chicken in it and put some low cal dressing on top of that and it will make a new and testy gravy for you.
let all the juices cook it till it goodness really comes out.
oh my goodness that sounds so good, try it.
