i have recently started working in a travel agent as a foreign exchange advisor.
I am looking for a list of airport codes for different countries, mainly the main holiday destinations that travel agents use.
I need the list to be listed in the actual airport code not the country, so if i need to find airport code BHX, i just look under b, then bhx and find what it is.
Any help would be appreciated.

i need to beable to print it off, and the code needs to be in alphabetical order, not the airport.

Hi iam a travel agent as well, i have got a long list from cosmos tourama and finnair.
Try gazzetters.com, most agencies use that, failing that ask your collegues, someone at your work should have them in their contact books, try remembering the common ones.
I found loads but i can t remember the address, and it told me the raf ones as well.
During your quiet times at work go on to the various viewdata sites and do a general search without specifing a destination and write down the codes. Once you have been selling for a few weeks you will begin to recognise them and the resorts they cover.

I used to have a book of airport codes and zip codes with the nearest airport. Im not sure what happened to it! I used to work for a freight forwarder and it was my job to know. In fact I dont need a book I already know the majority of airport codes. I know mine came from Swissair!
