Scratching for no reson can be a symptom of stress. Make sure your dog has something to do! Give him a chewing bone that'll keep him working for a while, chewing is great to release stress. Teach him something new, challenge him mentally and physically with outdoors activities!
And have a vet check him for mites, fleas, or other skin problems.

He could have fleas.... Check him out if you see little black bugs moving... It's fleas.... Brush him outside/Give him a bath (any soap left of him for 10 minutes will kill fleas) and put some flea drops on him... Good luck

If he doesn't have fleas then try using Avon's skinsosoft.
Moisturizes the skin and makes the hair really soft too!!

u should take your dog to the vet immediately, your dog may be suffering from ticks/fleas or any type of skin disease

He probably has fleas! Take him to the vet because you can get them too. Try washing him more often too. Hope I helped!
