I run 2-1/2 miles a day minimum and try to eat right. I've lost 100+ lbs but those last 30 just won't budge over the last year. Which weight loss drugs can help "kick start" my body again?

Drugs aren't the solution. It seems you have reached a plateau. It happens to almost everyone who tries to lose weight. Your body has just gotten used to your particular diet and exercise habits. If you want to jumpstart your metabolism you have to change up your routine a bit. Try eating MORE calories for a week and then go back to your regular routine. Try a different type of workout like interval training.

Congrats on losing over 100 lbs already! After such a marked weight loss, it’s completely normal for the body to “stall”. Every pound from here on is going to seem like five, the reason being that each pound now equals a greater percentage of your body weight. I’m not sure where you started, but I’ll use 250 lbs as an example. To a 250 lb person, 30 lbs is 12% of your total body weight. At 150 lbs, 30 lbs becomes 20% - significantly more. The less weight you have to start with, the harder it is to lose more – that’s why nearly EVERYONE stalls out so tantalizingly close to their goal.

You are probably still losing weight, only now it is much more difficult to notice. You may be losing a half, or even a quarter, of a pound per week, which seems like nothing when you were probably losing much more in the beginning. Keep in mind that if you are weight training, you are also building muscle – which weighs more than fat and by now is probably balancing out any weight you might have seen coming off on the scale.

Take a tape measure and write down all of your measurement, and keep track of that as well as your actual weight. Sometimes you’ll notice a difference in inches rather than pounds. Also, try changing up your exercise routine – if you’ve been biking, start jogging instead, or vice versa. If you’ve been doing the same weight training routine for the last several months, try some different ones, or add more weight. Buy a cookbook and try some new low-cal recipes. Keep yourself – and your body – from getting bored!

weight loss products excellerate fat loss once you are in fat loss mode. if the body is not in an anabolice state where that is happening simply adding in a supplement isn't going to do it. you need to check your calories and make sure that you are getting in at least enough to support your BMR. since you have been dieting for quite some time. I would suspect that your metabolic rate has slowed. you are going to have to increase your caloric intake for a while (at least 4-6 weeks) to reset your metabolism.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.
