I don't know about a great guy, but he is definitely a good driver. Kurt is a past champion, He didn't luck into that. Busch is hated by many because of his attitude, and character. He's making small steps these days to portray himself as a better person.. But most of us all remember the Roush days. He was wild, out of control, and a loose cannon @ all times. I will never forget the time that Mr. Excitement himself shut Kurt up. The Spencer/Busch feud was great. If your a Kurt Busch fan, Hats off to you for sticking with your driver... But I don't see Busch gaining any more fans and expanding his fan club anytime soon.

You have got to be kidding me right? Is this some type of joke? Doubtful. I have nothing good to say about either one of the Busch brother's really. I mean they are both talented otherwise they wouldn't have go into NASCAR in the first place, but they both whine and complain way more then anyone ever should. They make really stupid mistakes, and Kurt doesnt take responsibility for his actions. Look at what he did at Dover, I believe, with the pit road incident. Seriously. I mean Kyle, on the other hand, is a little more mature then his brother, but he left the track at Texas, and had to get Jr. to fill in, he won the first COT race at Bristol, and did nothing but complain about how much the car sucked, and he wrecked his brother out during the All Star Race. Now that was hilarious. I think that they both have made alot of crucial mistakes to their careers that have cost them lots of stuff. I think these are some of the reasons that Kyle is leaving Hendrick. Now I can like everyone on the Hendrick's team. I liked Kyle but I wasn't really fond of him, but I really like the sunglasses he wears at the racetrack, as those are pretty cool. Go #24!!!!

I dont know where you get your information but he is not a great driver nor a great person. Any driver that purposely goes onto pit road like he did and comes that close to killing a crew member should be taken completely out of NASCAR. This calling it an accident is crap. He knew exactly what he was doing and he didnt care one bit about that crew members life, he was only grandstanding.

Kurt is my fav, but I think people see him as cocky but I have to agree with the people who have said how much he has matured since going to Penske. I think he has improved greatly and on the statement that he never accepts blame for wrecks that's not true I have seen him say on camera that certain wrecks were his fault. A lot of drivers have trouble admitting when they cause something like Jeff Gordon etc.

At first when he came to NASCAR, he seemed a little arragant & cocky but he has changed somewhat in my opinion. I really don't hate any of the drivers, except Tony Stewart. The people I don't like are the fans of some drivers, Stewart & Jr. I do have respect for Jr but his fans, not all, throw beer at Jeff or Jimmie's car if they win. Everyone has their right to root for who they want & no one should have any right to say "how could you root for so & so'. Just want to see some good car racing.

When Kurt first came on the scene in the Cup Series he was very cocky, arrogant, and he intentionally wrecked cars to win (like Jimmy Spencer at Bristol in 02).
However, since he jumped in the 2 car he has worked very hard to reinvent himself and to be a respectful, kind, and decent person. He has also cleaned up the way he races. Yeah, he's had some slips; especially when it comes to Tony Stewart. However I am proud of the progree Kurt has made and I think it is time the NASCAR Nation forgive him of his past trangressions.

kurt is a really good driver. sometimes him and kyle have little fits b/c they are racing to aggressive and end up wrecking themselves like at the all star challenge. that little stunt he pulled on pit road with stewart could've hurt the guy on stewart's team.

because he is considered a dirty driver. Plus, he left a very successful team to race for a very unsuccessful team. I personally like Kurt, But these are the reasons that a lot of fans do not like him.
