I cant stand the guy. He is ignorant, arrogant and happened to be in the right place at the right time yesterday.

Because Juan Pablo Montoya squeezed an extra lap out of his gas tank to become the third foreign-born driver to win a Cup race

Hey, it's been trendy for everyone to bash him. When a few people defend him and say he's a good driver all of a sudden it's pimping. I'm not jumpimg on the bandwagon because I've been saying he's doing good for a rookie all along and contrary to popular opinion he knows how to hold a wheel. I don't even like him very much but I respect him and like what he brings to the table. He serves a needed role, he's sort of the villian like Dale Sr was.

Montoya is a great driver and yes he has alot to learn in nascar and he is learning everying is so harsh on him and its sad he deserve that win yesterday and I knew he would do it because he is a excellent roadcourse drivier and he prove it yesterday.

I think Montoya is a good driver. I think his biggest problem is he is a very aggresive driver. Yes he is very good in whatever he has raced in be it Formula 1, IRL. You must remember he is still a rookie in NASCAR. Most people don't like to see a rookie be as aggresive as he can be.
Spinning your team mate in your first Nascar win (Busch Race Mexico) didn't help his cause either.

Cause He is good... I just know that if you put a guy in a go kart and wins, then in an Indy Car and WIns , then In a Formula One Car and wins and then In a NAscar car and wins..THey dude is pretty darn good....Sometimes the cars are not good, But I think that Juan Pablo has proven that he is good....Yeah, he has not won many races yet, he is getting used to the style, but if this is not enough for you all, give him a little more time and you will see that he is an aweson driver regardless of the car he drives..
P.S. He does need to work on his people skills...

He's another driver people are jealous of. Just like people being jealous of Jeff Gordon and starting crap. He's got talent there and people know that. However, they don't realize he's still learning how to drive a stock car after driving faster cars and smaller ones before, F1. It's his rookie year, and he's still learning. In a few years, I see him being a competitive driver and hopefully others will learn to like and respect him then.

Everyone should be high on a rookie getting his first win... Why not!? It's not like it's done every season, multiple times anymore.
