This diet has worked for me, but be forwarned, it doesn't taste bad for the first couple days and it DOES WORK best of all it is FREE! If you are 100 pounds overweight you might, otherwise it is almost impossible.
Even losing a pound a day isn't very realistic.
What you can try is to go to very low cal diet - make sure you do consume at least 500 calories a dy to keep you alive.
You must drink a lot of water - I mean a lot - it will purge the toxins out of your systhem and keep you from beign very hungry. Try to find a "hot yoga' or Bikram yoga class and go to class twice a day. Before going to bed walk. In general you have to walk at least 10000 steps per day. It will keep you trim for life. Buy a pedometer.On this regimen you may be able to lose a pound a day, or even more.
Please make sure you do nto stay on the restricted cal diet for more than a week. Ater a week fo back to 1200 cal a day, and maintain the level of activity. Seriously. I understand you have an mportant event to get ready for, but your life will go on after that, right??? GOod luck!!!!

hmm. I was in that kind of situation just a few weeks ago [it was just before prom, and I was disgusting!] and I pulled out my trusty standby, the Russian Gymnast Diet. It's basically a fruit diet, and, when coupled with excess exercise, can work wonders. I lost 11 pounds in that week!
Breakfast,
A class of apple or orange juice
Lunch,
A fruit salad [a serving no larger than your fist]
A glass of some kind of fruit juice
Dinner,
Glass of water,
1 Green Apple.
Remember, exercise is really important with this diet!

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.

Walk a lot, only water, no other drinks ( coffee slows down the metabolism), no sugar, so starches of any sort. Only fresh fruit and vegetables, and nothing fried. Small portions. If you get hungry at night, eat a carrot of stick of celery or raw cabbage. No corn syrups. No diet sodas either. Just water. Clean out closets, etc to get further exercise to lose the weight.

y? but with that said just drink water for the whole six days straight and excerise for about a long period of time each day. and take laxatives plus diet pills. (i do not recommend this at all) but thats the way to do it if you want to lose wieght in 6 days.

You can do it by ingesting 900 calories a day using meal replacement liquids, not recommended as a permanent solution, since most of it will be water weight loss, but you can do it as an emergency weight loss method.
