You have many options just make sure you have some protein and carbs to give you energy.

1) Egg white omelet with one piece of dry, whole wheat toast
2) Oatmeal with fruit and a glass of low fat milk
3) Whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and some fruit on the side

Try drinking some protein drinks that have carbs.During the day is ok to have the carbs you need to turn into energy which will help you with your running and swimming..Good luck to you.

I agree with Mamac, oatmeal is good but not the instant, try to use low fat milk with it and do not put sugar on it, try something else like splenda with cinnamon. Also eggs with canadian bacon and no cheese, bread or butter.
