I am going Puerto Rico on 26th July (for 2 weeks), and I have been checking the temp every day or so lately, and it only seems to by 24-26? Is this normal? Should it not be hotter by now?
Will it be hotter when I go?

I was kinda hoping for about 90! Maybe that was wishful thinking? The temperature there at the moment is only mid 70's I was thinking this was a bit low?
