exercises for the top of my leg to be specific that i can do at home

walking or riding a bike. swimming is good. borrow a dvd or video from the library with exercises that target the upper thigh.

You can do squats by leaning against a wall, spread feet alittle beyound shoulder length, and then bend knees until you are in the sitting position, and then back up. Try and to 15 repitions 3X's. Use a chair to hold onto if you cannot do it on your own.

Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Going up and down stairs will also help.

Squats. With elevation and with out. Also lunges.
