If it's an allergy breakout, take some benadryl. Any leave it alone! Use camoline lotion for itchiness Did you change laundry detergent, something you ate recently. Is it on your trunk, arms or legs or just localised to your face. Did it happen overnight? If it came on slowly maybe your have a pimple breakout, otherwise an allergic reaction. Just take some benadryl and see your doctor.

You better consult a skin specialist right away. Look for similar rashes on her back or hands. This could be a system of measles. Meantime please wash her face with plain water and no soap to be used. Dabt the wet face with a turkeytowel. Now take half-a-teaspoon of coconut oil, add three drops of cucmber (vellarikai) juice and three drops of tulsi juice. Mix these thoroghly for two minutes. Apply this mixture on the face with the ring finger slowly clockwise and anticlockwise. In two days time the rashes should go.

Could be anything. Has it been hot and humid? It could just be a heat rash, keep yor face free of makeup and just rinse with cool water a few times a day. If it doesn't go away I would see a doctor. It could be Rosacea.
