I think you'll need to have that custom made.

Could you have two invitations? Each event is significant enough to deserve its own and they aren't really related, except by timing.

Seems like the two events should be kept seperate to me. Although it depends on who is being baptised. If it's a baptism for the bride or groom, then it would probably be ok to have a wedding invitation that states somewhere that you will also be celebrating the baptism of said person.
If the baptism is for another family member, or a child; then it deserves its own seperate invitation.

I think that two invitations are appropriate. A Baptism and a Wedding are two very different events.

you can get software for card making to make your own design, also scrapbooking has ideas for custom cards
