You need to build up your self-esteem. Think better of yourself by how you go about your life. Be the best you can be, and if that means a different hair-style, different clothes to suit you, moving on to a different job, finding different friends, it could all be more healthy for you. If you feel you are fat and that hinders your ability to connect with people, try simple diet practices. Take up a hobby and go exercise.

You should do some drugs. Prescribed ones, from a doctor. You sound depressed and should really look for some help - if you're just looking for a quick pick me up, take up a hobby that you would like to become good at.
In other words; no, you shouldn't feel bad about yourself.

Chin up, look life square in the face, stop feeling sorry for yourself and start kicking lifes ***. Do what you want, that makes you happy. Go on holiday. Move to a new town. Get a new hobby. It's easy, really, you just have to want to do it.

You need to realize that you are a good person and dont feel so bad about yourself. Im sure you have some great qualities and the qualities that are not so great work on them and become the best you can be. Dont do it for someone else do it for youself. Dont give up!!!

Everyonehas their ups and downs in life. Its happened to me. When it happens to you continuously you start to doubt yourself. Don't ever put yourself down. Just start looking at things differently. Start believing your great and go out and have fun. Enjoy yourself and don't feel bad. Everything will be ok.
