Some Suggestions: Brownies, Homemade Potato or Pasta Salad, Pork Barbeque and Buns, Fried Chicken, Cold Grilled Vegetables, Devilled Eggs...
I must say that Devilled Eggs are ALWAYS a hit and are gobbled up almost immediately (inexpensive to make, too!)

If you like to cook , potato salad is a good choice, and if you
do not, you can always pick up a big container at Wally world.
The same with potato chips, baked beans, and slaw, all staples of a really great picnic...Fried chicken. Fry it or buy it.
Jugs of Sweet tea or Lemonade.

Someone I used to work with, no matter what the theme was for food night, would always bring Little Smokie sausages in BBQ sauce. You could says she couldn't cook but that would be too obvious!

Picnic fare usually includes sandwiches, potato salad, cole slaw, pie, a thermos of lemonade, cold pasta salad, grapes and other fruits or a mixed fruit salad or slice of watermelon.

Deviled Eggs, potatoe salad, macaroni salad, dirt (pudding dessert), sand (pudding dessert), fish bowl (jello dessert), relish tray (condiments for burgers and dogs), baked beans, chips and dip. Basically whatever is your favorite thing to find at a picnic. Veggie tray, fruit salad, etc.. Be creative and go for it.

Most people will probably be making different salads, sandwiches etc.
Maybe take a snack tray w/ deli meat, olives and cheese w/ crackers.
The best thing is you can by them already made in the grocery store, take it home put it on a nice dish and take it to work. they will never know you didn't put it together!
And people can snack on it all day if they want

Fruit kabobs!!!
Get some wooden skewers (at walmart for like $1), But strawberries in half and put them on, canned pineapple chunks, grapes, and cheese (like chedder or swiss). Lay them a little prooped up b/c they're juicy.......it'll get all over the cheese. Everyone loves em!
Have fun!
