No. The Feds have a website, for employment, and the qualifications are relatively simple.

They are not hard to apply for as anyone can apply. For some it is hard to be hired. If you are a minority you have a good chance.

You have some more checks, but hard? Not particularly. Look at some of the people who work for the post office.

(OK, now I feel guilty. My CURRENT post office has great people. But some truly don't.)

Not hard to apply but hard to get. It helps if you are ex-milatry.
