What causes "cravings" is fats and sugars (purified). As those after-school cartoons told you......... eat your veggies, raw!!
Supplement the empty feelings with a little protein, and of course you need to eat some cooked veggies for digestable fiber. However, to avoid the craving loop, again, no dairy, no sugar............
Also, remember to eat enough, eat the proper caloric intake for lesser than your weight. Do not eat till you feel full! Also, eating thngs like popcorn will help satisfy the much habit without it going on your hips! Make sure, though, no butter! Flavor popcorn with spices like paprika and onion powder, and a bit o' salt.
Fish, baked, is also a good low-fat protein.

Do cardio. If you work out for an hour a day with your maximum heart rate (200-your age) you will shed pounds quickly. Do some weight training and target your muscles. If your muscles get stronger you decrease the amount of fat that you have. Muscle burns fat. Eliminate all sports drinks and sodas from your diet and replace them with COLD water. (Cold water speeds your metabolism up). Stay hydrated. For your foods - eliminate all fatty foods such as candy, cakes and all sweets. You want or need something sweet - eat fruit. Apples, bananas, mangos and so forth. Need chocolate, dip the strawberries into some chocalate (but don't get into a habit of it). Protein is important too - turkey and chicken are your best (but not fried). Grilled chicken is the best over all. Eliminate all fried foods, take out, and resturants unless you are eating a Subway tuna sandwich. Tuna also helps too. Eliminate the starchy carbs - potatoes, pasta and white bread. You like pasta, switch to whole grain. Most importantly - find the motivation within yourself... then you will keep on track with it.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Fast and safe ~ yes. Easy ~ no. I lose 4 pounds in one day. I hike 10 miles, up 4,000-6,000 feet, to the summit of a mountain between 13,000 and 14,000 feet in elevation. If you are not near mountains, then try riding a bicycle or walking for an hour or two a day, every day. Then, eliminate all junk foods: no chips; no soda; no fast food. to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !

losing weight too fast isn't good because you gain it back just as fast. eat right, drink water, exercise 30 minutes every day.
