Forgot to mention that I usually drink 8 oz. bottles of Dasani. So how many of THOSE would be recommended to drink per day. Thanks again!

The amount of water you should drink in a day will depend on several factors. In general, you should take your body weight, divide it by 2, and that is about the right amount of water in ounces that you should be drinking in a day. This is great for your whole body.

It has always been said that you should drink 8 - 8 oz glasses of water a day. Most bottled water comes in 20 oz bottles, so that's about 3 1/2 bottles a day. When you break it down like that, it's not quite as hard to get all your water requirements in for the day

It depends on the size of the bottle. Try to drink about 64 ounces of water a day (a little over 3-20 ounce bottles).

I've always heard 8 - 8 ounce glasses a day so if you are drinking 20 ounce bottles you need 3 and a fifth. If you are active or sweat a lot, you obviously need more so you don't dehydrate.

well that really depends on your diet (because a lot of the foods you eat contain water) and how much excercise you do (because that shows how much water you've lost). I would say though probably somewhere from like 3-6, but personally if i always have a bottle with me i always drink it and just refill it throughout the day and at the end of the day I've drank a ton of it.

It is said the average person should drink 8 8ounce glasses of water a day. If you are working in a hot environment or work out regularly then you will need more. I drink at least 3 liters of water a day.

The general rule is to drink about half your body weight in ounces each day. One sports bottle of water is about 25oz. If you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink about 75oz (or 3 sports bottles) of water per day.

Hope that helps! Good luck! LOL.

most health professionals recommend 64 oz a day, but that doesn't have to be all water. If you eat a lot of fruit or drink other things besides water, they all add up.
