Don't roll out of bed:

1) When you first wake up, put your legs in the air and try to do the candlestick. Hold for 10 seconds.
2) Reach as high as you can without going on your tip toes. Hold for 10 seconds.
3) The goal is to get your fingers under your foot without bending your knees. Hold for 15 seconds.

Hope I helped!

You don't really want to stretch as much as warm up your muscles through thier full range of motion. Stretching too much can limit your strength in exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and benchpress.

Use these exercises to warm up.

Shoulder Dislocates: Take a wide snatch grip on a broom stick or very light bar and starting at the waist raise the bar overhead with your arms fully extended. Continue the movement by taking the bar around behind your back, keeping the arms extended. Bring it back around to the front. You should feel a huge stretch in the shoulders and chest, if it is too painful, move your hands out wider. Repeat for 5 reps, moving your hands in closer each time until you feel excessive pain or can't finish the movement.
Great stretch for the shoulders and upper body, it will help alleviate the shoulder problems common with many weight lifters.

Overhead squat: Using a broomstick or an unloaded barbell, take a wide grip on the bar and hold it overhead. Squat down as deep as possible, keeping the bar overhead, the body upright. Don't let your knees drift in front of your toes. If you have problems keeping the bar overhead, concentrate on squeezing the shoulder blades together in the middle of your back. If you still can't do it, work on your shoulder flexibility.
This warms up theankles, hips, lower back, upper back, traps, and shoulders.
Perform 5 of these.

Pushups: Great warmup exercise, take them deep and keep the scapula (shoulder blade) retracted (not sticking out) to work the shoulder range of motion.

Pullups: A great stretch and warmup for the upper body.

im not sure of any routines, but it is important that during stretches you should continue to breathe. A stretch should last 30 seconds. And yo u should do 4 sets of them.
