You say that we are always assaulting you with threats of hell, why do you care if you think it's a mystical place anyway?
You do recognize it as a bad thing uh?
I'll still pray for you but since you've rejected Jesus, you only have you to blame for not entering the Kingdom of Heaven.

Well "Paul",
Some Christians understand that there is no need to sugarcoat it . The Bible doesn't. It specifically says that whoever doesn't accept Jesus as their Savior isn't not going to Heaven.
I'm just pointing it out to you. Npt out of malice as some of you are accusing me of. Just doing my duty as a Christian.
To other Christians it offends, do your homework.

You're not very aware of how to behave around others, huh?
Someday when you grow up a little, you'll come to understand that when you deliberately insult others, they come to believe that you're not worth being around. The sooner you learn that, the fewer people you'll drive off.
Have you noticed that the other Christians aren't exactly rallying around you? That oughta tell you something about where the problem lies.

"I'm just pointing it out to you. Npt out of malice as some of you are accusing me of. Just doing my duty as a Christian."
Then your "duty" is evil. That's a pathetic excuse for your misbehavior, little girl.
Grow up, and learn to behave yourself properly around others.

Because you do believe in it and basically you are saying you desire them to burn for eternity.
You would be offended if they said to you "May you evolve into a 6 assed monkey who is gay and has aids" even though you don't believe in evolution because the idea behind it is rude.
Based on your attitude I see here I can tell you that Jesus would slam the door to heaven right in your face. I don't know if you truly are the person you present yourself here to be, but from what you do present here you would be sitting on Devil's left hand
Addition> you added "Some Christians understand that there is no need to sugarcoat it . The Bible doesn't. It specifically says that whoever doesn't accept Jesus as their Savior isn't not going to Heaven.

Well bible is not the word of God...it is word of MEN, written by men for men. Also nothing in bible says "And only those who wearith the name tag X religion may be considered saved". It just says accept Jesus..that can be done by actions and how you live your life, not what church you go to or what club's name tag you wear on your coat like a Nazi SS badge of authority...just telling the truth the way it is

They discover it offensive given which you're insulting their intelligence and their character. i'm atheist, or perhaps however i do no longer have faith in hell i nevertheless get mad if somebody says that, using fact it truly is the reasoning at the back of it. they're asserting that whether i did have faith, i'm no longer stable adequate to return to heaven with them using fact I even have apparently carried out something to offend their imaginary pal.

I'm not an atheist...I'm an agnostic Jewish woman. But I can answer your question by telling you that it is rude to offer unasked for advice and opinions to others. If someone should ask you about it, then you can offer your advice and/or opinions. I do not recognize the Christian concept of hell and to be told by a total stranger that everything I know and believe is a fallacy because they are the only ones with the truth is just rude.

You people are pieces of work.
Just the other day I heard a story about a mom who died during childbirth and lost the baby as well. The people at the funeral commented that the baby was going to hell because he/she wasn't baptized!
Seriously what is wrong with you people! Why do we complain? There is something called stigmatization and shunning in this life (the only one we KNOW exists).
I think you should just stick to your flowery self delusions and serving/loving your fellow beings if you want to push your 'drug' on nonbelievers

I am a Christian, and this is a perfect example of why there are atheist. Who would want to be like you. If that is all your religion has to offer a lost soul, you better repent and make sure of where you are going! How do you know they are going to Hell. Its not your call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, and just for the record I have done my homework, you might want to start yours now, start with reading the Bible. You can not Judge People, that is a SIN. What you have just done, is one of the worst things I have seen on here. Now I see the source of why Christians get the verbal abuse they do. And I being a Christian don't like it any more then anyone else on here. You might want to pray for yourself first.

Mad = nuts, so I do not go mad (or nuts) if I hear such nonsense. I do become annoyed if someone is too persistent in telling me something I know is fantasy. My sister has pushed me to the boiling point, and that is dumb, for I weigh 360 lbs and can lift two people her size, one in each hand and toss them across the room. I did that to my brother when he attacked me, and he was 6'5.5", 225-235 lbs. I used him as a dumbbell when we were at peace, i.e. lifting him over my head several times with one hand. It all depends upon how one talks to me whether I become angry or not. You are falsely accusing me here, and that violates one of Moses' ten commandments. Be more careful with the truth in the future, please! Are you "mad' if someone tells you you cannot go to Valhalla, because you don't believe in Odin; cannot go to Hades' House and will be punished in Tartarus for not believing in Zeus; won't have 72 houris in Paradise for not believing in Allah; etc.? Your question has the same meaning to me, and I am certain you react the same way to people who are nasty or nice about such things.

It is because of the environment of that moment when the words are said to them. May be some hot discussions are on and in the mean while if they are told like that they don't think of presence of God or not but they take these words as slang words said for dominating them. That's all.

I get mad because I do not appreciate being defamed.
Defamation is a crime, yet you think you can get away with it because "your religion" made you do it. Rubbish. Religion is not an excuse for breaking the law or being offensive.
You do not know me, you do not know if I have ever done a thing wrong yet you condemn me and pass sentence in one breath (even if the sentence is a bit daft).
You have no right to do this and, in my opinion, should be sued into bankruptcy for it.

Your question is similar to asking someone "Why do you care if I call you a pig, since you know you are not REALLY a pig, why do you care ?"
It is poor manners to tell someone to drop dead or go to hell, even if the person doesn't believe in hell, you are wishing upon them eternal torment.
Very simply, it is NOT NICE. Is this the example that Christians should be setting for others ?????
I thought Christians were supposed to witness by their deeds as well as by their words.
