Has nigerian been banned from been issued two months united arab emirates visa,by the immigration of united arab emirates?

Authorities in Dubai have stopped last year on issuing visit visas for peoples from certain countries including Nigerian passport holders. But I am not sure that ban has lifted or still valid.
