I can tell it is recent...a single friend of mine spotted it, he has a pic and everything, and she recognized him! I am in shock even though we have been having problems..we live together in a house that I own. Yes, I know I need to kick him out. I am still in shock though, should ask about the ad when I tell him he has to leave? I dont want to get in another big argument with him, I just want him out!

Just aske him about the ad. Let hoim know your not stupid.
You need a break from being around each other. if he is making a step like that then it is a clear signal you need to ask him to leave and don't make a big scene of it.
keep your dignity. Just give him a deadline to find a place and get out...

Well Deb, he kept the ad a secret from you, so maybe you should keep it a secret from him as to why he has to leave so suddenly. I get so tired of guys doing this and thinking it's okay. They will give you a thousand and one excuses as to why they MUST run a personal ad while they're mooching off you. Don't buy it. Help him pack. Start right now. Tell him it's a secret why he has to leave, but he just has to leave and he has to right now. Hurry up dumb boyfriend! Leave! Can't be quick enough!

You should just play him the song irreplaceable...as you tell him he has to leave..it explains everything....
But seriously I would definitely ask him about the personal ad. Maybe someone else put the picture up, or maybe he is the one that did it. But of course ask him about it first.

change your locks when he is out of the house, then pack up all his belongings and put it in front of the house attached with a print out of his profile. when he comes back "home" don't let him in. when he gives you trouble, just call the cops. creating an on line profile its like cheating.. he already made his mind up. don't be a victim. he's not worth the fight.

Take a day off from work. Print it. Post it to the front door have all of his items outside. That way you will not have to explain anything to him. He will see his stuff then he will see the print out. Instead of sleepless in seattle call him Homeless in ______________.

if it was me, I would print the page hand it to him and tell him to get out. You do not have to discuss it, but at least he will know that he did not make a fool of you behind your back.
