as its been said, if you want to win 10$'s you need to play at least 10$ TICKET, if you are an occasional scratch off player or a serious scratch off player can make all the difference.
Pay attention to the bottom corners, usually there is a number between 1-100 some of the numbers have a higher percentage of winning. examples numbers 7-10 usually have a $10-$50 winner.
There is no guarantee in gambling, if there was it wouldn't be gambling.
Oh and one more tip on some games, there is usually a 50$ winner right behind a 10$ winner.

If you want a guaranteed win, scratch lottery in not your answer.
If you want to make sure you win $10 or more when you do get a win, then you need to just buy a ticket that costs $10 or more. The smallest prize on these are at least $10.
I am not sure which state you are in but shoot for any scratch games that offer a million dollar prize. The odds of hitting it are very slim, but if you are going to play, shoot for the huge prizes...Good luck!

None are guaranteed to win anything...However, ifyou want AT LEAST $10, you need to buy a $10 ticket. The least you can win on a ticket, is the amount you purchased for it. But nothing in lotto is guaranteed!

Instead of buying a lottery ticket, do this instead. Every day when you come home, put a one-dollar bill in a jar on your dresser. Then, after 10 days, you'll have $10.
