My dog might have had the same probem. He had a baby tooth that wouldn't fall out and would have caused other teeth in his mouth to grow crookedly. Your dog may have the same problem. Whatever it is, you need to get it checked out by a vet to make sure it's not serious. With my dog, it was because he could have had infections in his mouth because the tooth wouldn't come out. Hopefully your situation isn't as bad..or cost worthy. The vet bill for us ran to about $400 just to have the tooth removed.

Some toy breeds retain their baby teeth and they need to be taken out by a vet. She might have a retained baby tooth. It is best to have her checked out by the vet and they will let you know if she has a baby tooth left in there.

I would have her looked at by your vet . I had to have a chihuahuas baby tooth pulled because it would not come out on its own . But definately let your vet look at it . good luck .
