The NIV version reads a little differently but still the point is all the same. It makes me think of someone who holds fast to God's promise. This person truly loves the Lord and despite the world tugging at his heart he remembers God's Word. Instead of faltering he strengthens his faith in prayer and with the fellowship of other believers. He strives to keep on his path to God and asks Him for guidance to continue to do so. He has much love and reverence for the Lord. It makes me feel like it was written about every believer out there. We have our struggles yet we still love the Lord, our God. We love our brothers and sisters and try to remain strong in the faith with one another and by our personal relationships with the Lord. We know how faithful God is and we remember His promise(s) to us just as we remember our commitment to Him. Lovely choice, many blessings dear sister! :) Update: (((((((((Cami)))))))))) You are a beacon of light, shine on sister! <3
