I AM!!!
My body is the Physical manifestation of Spirit, but my body IS NOT ME! My body is a very small percentage of ME (approximately 3 - 5%). Spirit is the larger percentage of ME.
The only way for me to KNOW ME is to KNOW SPIRIT.
If I KNOW SPIRIT I will KNOW GOD.
The Soul is sustained by EGO, and will die with the Ego when my body dies.
Spirit is Eternal.
Awareness follows Attention. If your attention is on the Soul, your awareness will be also, and your Awareness will die with your Soul and Body.
If your attention is on Spirit, your awareness will be also, and your Awareness will Live as long as Spirit.
Maybe a better question would be, "WHERE are YOU?"!
