Why do you need a job - wasn't stealing money the answer to all your financial problems?
Obviously not. You stole and still no better off now yet you have lost your good conscious and still no money. All for a forgotten £300.
Stealing doesn't pay in the long term.

That depends on how well of a background check you do. All it takes is for someone to notice you that worked iwth you. I would say dont bother look else where However trying wont hurt if thats what you want
